Saif Ali Khan loses out on Ramesh S. Taurani’s next by being too pricey

Actor Saif Ali Khan is now a part of the list that includes actors with increased price tags. Saif has asked producer Ramesh S. Taurani to increase his remuneration from Rs. 10 crores to Rs. 16 crores in his untitled next. It is being said that the producer offered Saif to play the lead in his film and will pay him Rs. 10 crores along with the profits of the film, but Saif didn’t like the deal.

Saif and Ramesh have worked together earlier also in Race and Race 2. Moreover, the two will jointly work for Race 3 as well. Somehow due to financial issues, Saif has led the producer to look out for other options for this particular project. The actor confirmed the news, “Yes, it's true, the price Taurani was offering me was too low. And Rameshji is looking for someone else for his film.”
