Sanjay Leela Bhansali: ‘Salman Is Still Upset About A Few Things; I Don’t Know What’

Salman was the first choice for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s recently released blockbuster flick Bajirao Mastani but things went wrong and after over a decade of wait Ranveer Singh was casted in the role of  Maratha Peshwa Bajirao . Apparently, Salman who has given major hits of his career with SLB such as Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam is miffed with the filmmaker for reasons unknown. Sanjay Leela Bhansali recently talked about the same and said that Ranveer has taken Salman’s place for him.

While talking about his favourites such as Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Rani Mukerji and revealing when he is planning to work with them again, Bhansali told DNA, “A lot of people feel I am rude, arrogant, disinterested. But I love all the people I have worked with, be it Rani who loves me, and Aishwarya who I never need to say a word to and she’s there for me”.

“With Salman I had that. But Salman is still upset about a few things. I don’t know what. But those moments are special. Now Ranveer has come into that space for me”, he added.
