Shahid Kapoor Ditched Donald Trump’s Chairty Event?

Shahid Kapoor has taken some time off work after entering parenthood and has earlier said that he will take a full-fledged paternity leave. The actor has decided to spend time with wife Mira Rajput and newly born daughter Misha. He has not made much public appearances and has also skipped few major events. Rumours are doing the rounds that he has now ditched an international event.

Reports suggest that the Shaandaar actor ditched a charity event that had Donald Trump as the chief guest. An event that took place recently in New Jersey was supposed to be a star studded event and the posters for the show featured Shahid as well. But the Udta Punjab star did not show up and the crowd was left disappointed.

It is not known whether the Haider actor ditched the event or the organizers just wanted to pull in the crowd. They were entertained by Prabhu Deva, Malaika Arora Khan, Ameesha Patel few other celebs as well. On the work front, Shahid will next be seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Padmavati’.
