Sid, Alia and Fawad come together for Dharma’s ‘Kapoor and Sons’

So for all those who thought the trio of Sidharth Malhotra, Fawad Khan and Alia Bhatt was coming together for the remake of Ram Lakhan, will now have to stand corrected. Apparently the three actors will be seen in Shakun Batra’s next directorial titled Kapoor and Sons and not Ram Lakhan.

Karan who a few hours ago denied signing anyone for the Ram Lakhan remake came on record to announce the cast of his forthcoming production Kapoor and Sons. The very cast we had mistakenly attached to Ram Lakhan. Karan tweeted and confirmed the news.

Kapoor and Sons is reportedly a family film where Fawad Khan will play an elder brother to Sidharth. While who would pair opposite Alia is still unknown, it is reported that one of the lead man will play a gay character. As told by Karan, the film will be a love triangle. After having directed Kareena-Imran Khan starrer Ek Main Aur Ek Tu, Shakun Batra will take helm of a project again.
