Jhanvi Kapoor And Ananya Pandey To Star In Student Of The Year 2 ?

Of late there have been rumours regarding the leading lady in Student Of The Year 2. While Tiger Shroff was finalised as male lead, the hunt for the leading lady was still on. The sequel to the 2012 film will star two ladies opposite one male lead, unlike its prequel which had one female and two males.

Until now there were reports that Tiger’s real lady love Disha Patani will be one the female leads. And then there were rumours of Sara Ali Khan being the other lady. However, later it was announced that Sridevi’s daughter Jhanvi Kapoor has replaced Sara.

And now industry grapevine is abuzz that Chunkey Pandey’s daughter Ananya Pandey will make her debut in Bollywood with the movie, replacing Disha. Ever since Ananya has completed her graduation from Dhirubhai Ambani International High School she has been taking acting and dancing classes to get ready for her debut. She has also been training under the guidance of the celebrity fitness trainer Yasmin Karachiwala.

Student Of The Year 2 will be directed by Karan Johar.
