Is Karisma Kapoor Doing A Cameo In Judwaa 2? Taapsee Pannu Clears The Air!

Judwaa 2 is David Dhawan's most awaited movie of the year. The flick is a sequel to Dhawan's 1997 film Judwaa which starred Salman Khan and Karisma Kapoor. In the sequel, Varun Dhawan will play Salman’s part and Taapsee Pannu and Jacqueline Fernandez will play Karisma and Rambha respectively.

Now, if reports are to be believed, Kapoor will have a cameo in the flick. Taapsee has an answer to this. In an interview with Pinkvilla, the actress said, "I haven't shot with her so as far as I know, no...not really. I don't know if there's any progress after this. But, no... not so far".

Taapsee’s character’s name in the film is Samaira. On asked whether her character’s name is inspired by Karisma’s daughter, she said, "I don't know where this thought... Obviously, it was a part of the script before so I think the writers can answer this better that, where did it come from exactly. But yeah, my character's name is Samaira".

Seems like, makers are keeping Karisma as a surprise package for the fans. Judwaa 2 will hit the screens on September 29.
