This Actor To Play The Lead In Phobia 2

Phobia released in 2016 under the direction of Pavan Kirpalani and starred Radhika Apte as the lead a character. Well, earlier reports claimed that the flick will soon have a sequel and this time a male character will play the lead in the flick. Seems like, makers have got their lead actor in Nawazuddin Siddiqui.

Viki Rajani, who bankrolled Phobia under production house Next Gen Films Pvt Ltd, told PTI, “I am doing Phobia 2, but this time it’s with a male lead. The script demanded a male lead. The film was critically acclaimed and it made to the list of top ten films of 2016. So, we want to get someone who can pull off that kind of performance”.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh confirmed the news of Nawazuddin playing the male lead in the flick on Twitter. He tweeted, “And the #Phobia continues... Nawazuddin Siddiqui to star in Viki Rajani's #Phobia2... Pawan Kripalani directs”. In the sequel, the makers will tell about the phobia of aviophobia. This is fear of flying. It is a fear of being on an airplane (aeroplane), or other flying vehicle, such as a helicopter, while in flight.
