This Is The Word That Rani Mukerji’s Daughter Adira Spoke First

Rani Mukerji has been away from the limelight ever since she got married to YRF honcho Aditya Chopra. She took a two year break before making a comeback with her upcoming flick, Hitchki, after the birth of her first born, Adira. The little bundle of joy has kept her mumma busy all these months. Mumma Rani is so deeply in love with her daughter that she can’t stay from her for long.

In a recent interview, when the actress was asked if she would take her daughter along to the set. She replied, "If you put your child in a space where he or she is not comfortable, the child is going to be irritated and throw a fit. Especially when the child cannot express that in words. When she starts talking then she can express things to me. Right now the only communication she has is through expressions... and a few words.. She says a lot of things. ‘Mama’ was her first word. She also says ‘Papa’, ‘Nana’, ‘tortoise’, ‘turtle’, and ‘tractor’"!

She also added that she manages Aditya’s time so that he gets time to spend with their darling daughter together.  On the work front, Rani has already started shooting for Hitchki. The flick will be helmed by Siddharth P Malhotra, who earlier helmed Kajol & Kareena Kapoor starrer We Are Family.
