This Popular TV Actress To Play Lead In Ekta Kapoor's Chandarkanta!

Nia Sharma is in demand these days. The actress, who became a household name with the daily soap Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai, was ranked No. 3 in the Top 50 Sexiest Asian Women List by British-based Eastern Eye newspaper. The actress’ popularity has risen since then and is on a signing spree.

Nia is currently occupied with her web-series, Twisted, along with Namit Khanna. Gossip mills are churning out rumours that the actress will be next seen as and in Ekta Kapoor’s Chandrakanta which will air on the channel Colors. However, there’s no official confirmation about the same either from the actress or from the show’s makers.

Name like Hina Khan and Digangana Suryavanshi also surfaced for the role of Chandrakanta. The makers finally zeroed in on Sharma’s name for the role. On a related note, the ac tress might be seen in the upcoming season of Khatron Ke Khiladi.
