Varun Dhawan Lauds Remo D'souza Dance 3; Lands Himself Into Trouble!

Varun Dhawan is the emerging Bollywood superstar who is gaining his hold on the industry with each film. His last flick, Badrinath Ki Dulhania, became one of the highest-grossing Bollywood films of the year. The actor is now all set to up his acting quotient with his next flick, Judwaa 2, which is a sequel to the 1997 comedy film Judwaa.

Well, seems like, the actor has got some mess to clean for himself first. As per a report, Varun is in trouble for his tweet praising Remo D’Souza’s show Dance Plus Season 3. He tweeted, “Dance Plus definitely has the best live dance acts on TV. Superb”. Dhawan is the brand ‘happiness’ ambassador for Sony Sab TV and we know Sony is a rival to Star Plus. The tweet didn’t go down well with Sony TV because of which Varun had to delete his tweet.

Reportedly, the PR team for SAB might have told the actor to delete the tweets. As per a source, “It was a clear case of clash of interests. Varun did it with honest intentions, without thinking of the consequences. But it didn’t go down well with Sony”. On a related note, Varun earlier worked with Remo in ABCD 2.
