Varun Dhawan, Rajinikanth’s Movies To Compete At The Box Office Next Year

Varun Dhawan , who is one of the highest paid actors of the young Bollywood generation, has been giving back-to-back hits. His latest release Judwaa 2 is also one of the blockbuster movies of 2017. The actor will be seen next in Shoojit Sircar ’s October , whose first look has been revealed along with its release date.

The film October is set to hit screens on 13th April next year. However, coincidently, the film is going to have a big box office clash with none other than Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar ’s 2.0. Earlier, Rajinikanth’s film was supposed to release in January, but the makers are planning to postpone it until April 13th, 2018. Moreover, trade analyst, Ramesh Bala shared this news on Twitter writing, “BREAKING : #2Point0 to release on 13 April 2018”.

 However, this doesn’t seem to bother both the makers of the film. They are confident about their own respective films. Varun Dhawan’s October is a dark and realistic drama while Shankar’s 2.0 is sci-fi adventure starring Amy Jackson and Akshay Kumar apart from Rajinikanth. Recently, a grand audio launch event of 2.0 was held in Dubai.
