Vishal Bhardwaj gets Haider and Langda Tyagi together

How would you like watching two iconic characters sharing screen under a director, who is known to have created those roles? Well we’re talking about Vishal Bhardwaj and his created characters of Haider (played by Shahid Kapoor as title role) and Langda Tyagi (played by Saif in Omkara).

Saif Ali Khan has confirmed that he will be working with Vishal Bhardwaj in his next. Earlier reports have already confirmed that Shahid Kapoor will be on board for the same project too. The filmmaker who is credited to have adapted a lot of Shakespearean plays to a cinematic screenplay, is reportedly working on the adaptation of famous play King Lear. Although, Saif denies it. "Yes, I'm working with him. I don't know the script, but I don't think it’s 'King Lear'. It's something else, so I'm excited to be working with him again. I think we do really good work together," he said.

Interestingly, this will be the first time Kareena’s husband and ex-flame will come together on screen. Both of these actors owe a special gratitude to Vishal for having given them the most special characters of their career. While Langda Tyagi from Omkara is a close to heart character for Saif, both the roles from Kaminey and Haider are special ones for Shahid. It will be interesting to see what they come up with next.
