What! Alia Bhatt Not Interested In Working With Sidharth Malhotra In ‘Aashiqui 3’

A few months ago, it was reported that Vishesh Films is producing ‘Aashiqui 3’ and is keen to cast rumoured couple Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra. Recently, Sidharth confirmed about the same. The film will mark Alia’s first outing with her home banner.

In an interview with a leading tabloid, Sidharth said, "I was approached a while ago. It’s a great franchise, I loved Aashiqui 2 and I’ve worked with both its director Mohit Suri and Alia. We are waiting to get it all on paper. We want to present a better version of the franchise. Once we finish our prior commitments we will start on Aashiqui 3."

Though Sidharth is very much interested to be a part of the film, Alia is not so keen in doing it. A leading tabloid reported that the actress agreed to do the movie just for the sake of it. She is very dubious of doing it since she has some interesting films in her kitty. Alia is currently shooting for Meghna Gulzar’s ‘Raazi’. She will be doing Zoya Akhtar's ‘Gully Boys’ opposite Ranveer Singh. Besides, she also has Ayan Mukerji's ‘Dragon’ with Ranbir Kapoor. Sidharth on the other hand will be seen in ‘A Gentleman’ opposite Jacqueline Fernandez.
