Amanda Seyfried to star in Ted 2

Les Miserables actress Amanda Seyfried has been signed up to play the female lead in Ted 2. The first part starred Mark Wahlberg and Mila Kunis in the lead who got married at the end of the film.

Moreover, Kunis will also be seen in the sequel, though in a small role. The change in the casting apparently happened due to some disagreement over creativity between director Seth MacFarlane and his co-writers Alec Sulkin and Wellesley Wild. It’s not yet clear what the makers’ plans are about Seyfried’s character in the sequel. But it’s confirmed that MacFarlane will be the voice of the famous talking animal once again. Ted 2 is scheduled to hit the big screens on June 26, 2015.
