Angelina Jolie Has Ended Contract With Divorce Lawyer

Hollywood star Angelina Jolie has ended her contract with her divorce lawyer in the middle of her legal battle with estranged husband Brad Pitt. As per the latest reports, Laura Wasser stepped down as Jolie's divorce lawyer since the Oscar-winning actor has focused her attention on healing the situation of her family. Well, Jolie has reportedly found her new lawyer even.

Jolie's spokesperson, Mindy Nyby said that she has decided to change counsel to Samantha Bley Dejean since the latter's expertise deals with the protection of children. Moreover, Samantha is now in full charge of this ongoing divorce settlement case with Pitt. Notably, Jolie and Pitt are fighting for the custody of their six children- Maddox (17), Pax (14), Zahara (13), Shiloh (12), and 10-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox.

The estranged couple met on the sets of 2005 thriller 'Mr. & Mrs Smith' and married in 2014. They ended it in September 2016. After a court judgment, she allowed Pitt to visit their children for four hours on school days, and 12 hours on holidays. The two are in the news headlines since they stopped living together. Earlier, Angelina accused Pitt of being a careless father. In his reply, Brad said that he filed for a loan of 8 million USD to help the actress buy a house.
