Auteur Scott Cooper Reveals The First Look Of Christian Bale Starrer ‘Hostiles’

Hollywood superstar Christian Bale is back with another movie. Bale was last seen in The Promise in 2016, which was helmed by Terry George. Now, the Batman Begins star will be seen next in ‘Hostiles’, which is helmed by Scott Cooper. Recently, the filmmaker released the first look of the movie featuring Christian on the World Wide Web.

The American Psycho star portrays the role of the heroic Army Captain, who reluctantly agrees to escort a dying Cheyenne war chief and his family back home to tribal lands. Making the harrowing and perilous journey from New Mexico to the grasslands of Montana, the former rivals encounter a young widow whose family was murdered on the plains. Together, they must join forces to overcome the punishing landscape, hostile Comanche, and vicious outliers they encounter along the way.

‘Hostiles’ takes place in 1892 and is shot in New Mexico. The movie will also stars Wes Studi, Rosamund Pike, Jesse Plemons, Rory Cochrane, Ben Foster, Jonathan Majors and Timothee Chalamet. Auteur Scott has previously helmed movies such as Out of the Furnace and Black Mass.
