Ben Kingsley to don Gujarati look at Iron Man 3 premiere show

The Hollywood superstar, Ben Kingsley, who has been flooded with Oscar, Grammy, BAFTA, Golden Globe and Screen Actors Guild awards throughout his career for his memorable films likeGandhi,Sexy Beast,Anne Frank: The Whole StoryandHouse of Sand and Fogto name a few, holds a special connection with India. And he is all set to renew his Indian connection once again as he has decided to slip into a Gujarati look for one of the premieres of his upcoming filmIron Man 3,where he plays a villain.

The film will be released in India on April 26, one week early than its worldwide release. And for one of the global premieres of the film, Kingsley will put on the traditional Gujarati apparel, reportedly a kediyo and dhoti. A close source confirmed, "Ben's designer will travel to the state soon to narrow down on the details of the dress, namely the fabric, colors and designs.” To add on more, "Ben wants to wear something different for all the premiers and since he had a connect with Gujarat, he decided to go for a Gujarati dress.”
