Bushwick Cast Adds Dave Bautista

The forthcoming film Bushwick will add wrestler-actor Dave Bautista to its cast. Dave was previously seen in Guardians of the Galaxy, The Man with the Iron Fists and Riddick. In the near future, he will be seen in the 24th bond film Spectre.

Bushwick focuses on a twenty-year-old girl named Lucy, played by Jane Levy, and a war veteran Stupe, played by Dave. The duo embarks on a journey through the military invasion of Brooklyn to reach Lucy’s grandmother. Nate Bolotin, who is the producer of the film said, “We are very excited to have such a talented and dynamic actor join ‘Bushwick’. Dave Bautista is perfect to breathe life into the action packed role”.

Directed by Cary Murnion and Jonathan Milott, the script for Bushwick will be written by Nick Damici and Graham Reznik. The producers include Nate Bolotin and Adam Folk. When the project was announced, the directors stated, “We have been passionately developing this movie for six years. At its core, the film is a very simple story about a relationship, but there are some larger themes that we are addressing as well”.
