Cara Delevingne Reveals Her Stress-coping Secret

Recently, British fashion model and actress Cara Delevingne divulged the strategy she uses to cope with the tension and irrational pain in her life. The 23-year-old beauty says that she resorts to yoga to get over problems she goes through. But, that’s not all! The Tulip Fever actress also turns on the waterworks at times when stressed.

“For me, yoga's the only way I can really feel things and check how I am”, Cara stated, adding, “Because there is always pain somewhere, even if it's completely irrational pain, and it's always good to find it and get it out”.

"If I don't cry pretty much every day I will hold it in, and it will manifest in me in things that are destructive, like my skin”, she further added.

Cara said that she feels it was vital to open up about her own mental health struggles so as to support the youth experiencing the same. "If I can help a teenager go through a better time than they should be, then I am going to do that. And I somehow came through the other end”, the Suicide Squad actress said.
