Christina Ricci Feels She Was Immature Till She Had A Baby

Actress Christina Ricci started working very early and became a child star. However, she feels she was immature until she delivered her baby. The actress recently bared her heart out about how being a mother has changed her life for the better.

She said, "Marriage shows you your flaws in how you deal with things, and having a child forces you to grow up at the speed of light. I'm a completely different person than I was before I had my child. Because I was so celebrated for being a child, I think I held onto that immaturity for a very long time. It was the thing that made me special. Then at a certain point, like 35, it's not so special to be immature".

The Now and Then actress got engaged to dolly grip James Heerdegen in February 2013 and married him in October, the same year. The couple welcomed their first born in August 2014. On  a related note, the actress is all prepped up for her upcoming movie, Teen Titans: The Judas Contract, which is all set to release on April 18.
