Cindy Crawford Recalls George Clooney's Unusual Gift Of 1 million USD Dollars

Lavish gifting among stars is a known thing in Hollywood. Now, it has been revealed that Hollywood star George Clooney took this practice to a whole new level. Hollywood businessman and former model Rande Gerber, who is supermodel Cindy Crawford’s spouse, is known to be one of the closest friends of Clooney.

Gerber revealed that Clooney once gave USD 1 million to 14 of his closest friends. By gifting such a big amount, the actor wanted to exhibit that those 14 friends mean a lot to him. Gerber was quoted as saying, “There's a group of guys that we call 'The Boys.' George had called me and 'The Boys' and said, 'Hey, mark September 27, 2013 on your calendar. Everyone's going to come to my house for dinner”. He further added, “Every one of us 14 of us got a million dollars. Every single one of us. We're in shock. Like, what is this? He goes, 'I know we've all been through some hard times, some of you are still going through it.

Gerber closed her statement exhibiting what Clooney stated, “You don't have to worry about your kids, you don't have to worry about, you know, school, you don't have to worry about paying your mortgage”. The actor distributed suitcases to everyone which comprised of USD 1 million dollars in USD 20 bills. It is also being said that the 56-year-old actor also paid his friend’s taxes.
