Ender’s Game: First trailer hits the web world

The entire world has been waiting eagerly for the big-screen adaptation of Ender’s Game, a sci-fi novel byOrson Scott Card. The long wait has ended to a certain extent as the first official trailer of the movie has been released in the online space and has hit the worldwide audience with a bang.

As the trailer shows, the young actor Asa ‘Hugo’ Butterfield who plays Andrew ‘Ender’ Wiggin in the movie, encounters and fights off an alien attack which aims to threaten the human existence. The adaptation has been penned and helmed by Gavin Hood, the maker of X Men Origins: Wolverine. The film also stars Harrison Ford in the shoes of Colonel Graff, who plays the guide to the young soldiers at the Battle School to make them prepared for the impending war. The film has also an ensemble cast of Oscar winner Ben Kingsley and Oscar nominees Abigail Breslin, Viola Davis and Hailee Steinfeld. The film is scheduled to release on November 1.
