Ethan Hawke may join Denzel Washington in ‘Magnificent Seven’

The film that has been in news for sometime also stars Denzel Washington and Chris Pratt in lead roles. If Ethan does come on board for the project, it will be after ‘Training Day’ the same team will put together a subject. Halley Bennett who starred with Denzel in The Equalizer may also be roped in as the female lead. Magnificent Seven is the remake of the 1960 blockbuster of the same name. The film is about a girl who gets a team of seven skilled people to stop the rampage in her city of lawlessness.

The film may soon go on the floors and could be ready by 2017. Ethan Hawke was recently in news for being Academy nominated for his performance in Boyhood. While he couldn’t win an award, he still remains a favourite across the world.
