Fast and Furious 9, 10: Release Date Announced

While ‘Fast 8’, the next film in the Fast and Furious series is still under process, actor Vin Diesel has already announced the release date for the next two instalments. The ninth part of the series has been announced to release on April 19, 2019 and the tenth one will hit the screens on April 2, 2021. Meanwhile, the eighth edition, on which the cast and the crew are working as of now, is slated to release on April 14, 2017.

Diesel, who is busy prepping up for xXx sequel, wrote on Instagram, “The studio has asked me to release some very big 'Fast' news... Give me a minute though, for I am still in that Xander state of Mind”. The film marks Hollywood debut of Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone.

Posting another picture, he wrote, “Xander returns. As most of you know I like to stay in character for the most part when given the opportunity to make magic. However, the studio gave me big news to share... So I will share it... Two decades, 10 films, one saga”.
