Felicity Jones Roped In For Swan Lake

Luca Guadagnino is developing a new film titled ‘Swan Lake’ for which he has roped in Rogue One actress Felicity Jones. The movie will be produced by Mandeville Films and the script has been written by Kristina Lauren Anderson. Currently, Paramount, Universal and other major studios are looking towards acquiring the property.

The only detail about the plot for ‘Swan Lake’ available, suggests that a princess named Odette is turned into a swan by an evil sorcerer’s curse. Felicity was last seen in ‘Rogue One: A Star Wars Story’ where she played the role of Jyn Erso, a crucial member of the rebel forces responsible for procuring the plans of the death star. She will also be part of the animated TV show ‘Star Wars: Forces of Destiny’.

Director Luca’s last film was ‘Call Me by Your Name’ which starred Armie Hammer and will be released on November 24. He has a couple other films in the pipeline which include ‘Suspiria’ and ‘Rio’ which are currently in the post-production stage. ‘Swan Lake’ does not have a release date as of yet.
