American actress Diane Kruger feels that Cannes and other film festivals as an opportunity to create awareness about social causes. The actress also touched the topic of MeToo campaign. Diane also talked her new series about Hedy Lamarr.

In a conversation, she said, "The whole #MeToo movement has started that and we have to be vigilant with following up, and it definitely feels like the door is opening. I produce myself, or I've been trying to produce this new series about Hedy Lamarr. I've had this project for four years and it's been like trying to push a rock up a mountain.
