Gwyneth Paltrow to focus on business, plans to quit acting?

Known for her acting prowess in films likeShakespeare in Love, Seven,Sliding Doorsand many more, rumours are abuzz that 40-year-old Paltrow intends to give up on acting so as to take care of her fitness company and Goop, a lifestyle website.

The Academy award winner it seems has lost the ardour she harbours for movies and just wants to concentrate in expanding her business. She is enamoured by the way Jessica Simpson, fashion designer, actress and recording artist, has set a benchmark by handling the empire she has set. Gwyneth admires Simpson for more reasons than one and wants to follow in her footsteps.

According to a source, the minute she finishes work forIron Mandirected by Jon Favreau, Paltrow intends to put her focus on expanding her website as well as enhance the fitness company she co-owns with Tracy Anderson who is a trainer.

Gwyneth is a mother of two and is married to Chris Martin since 2003.
