Henry Cavill Teases Black Superman Suit From Justice League Film

Henry Cavill, through his Instagram page, shared a tease for the upcoming film ‘Justice League’ where he will reprise his role as Superman. The actor posted a close up image of a black Superman suit, showing the ‘S’ which is completely in black. If the comics are followed, Superman will be returning with longer hair and a black suit.

The 1993 ‘Death of Superman’ showed that in the end, Doomsday and Superman finished each other off with simultaneous fatal blows. Something similar to that happened in the battle against Doomsday in the Batman v Superman film. According to the comics, Superman returns after a significant hiatus in a black suit. The suit was created from Kryptonian battle armor and was black so it can absorb the Sun’s rays faster.

The upcoming Justice League film will bring back Ben Affleck as Batman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Ezra Miller as The Flash, Jason Momoa as Aquaman and Ray Fisher as Cyborg. Zack Snyder will also be returning to the director’s chair. ‘Justice League’ will hit the screens on November 17 next year.
