Is Amber Heard A Victim Of Exploitation?

A serious issue has popped up, which might take a distinct form in the near future. There are reports that Amber Heard is claiming that she is a victim of exploitation. She is reportedly suing Christopher Hanley, the producer of her film unreleased London Fields. The cross lawsuits stem from a dispute over a sex scene.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, “Hanley had earlier sued Heard for making unauthorised changes to the script and refusing to promote the film as per her contract.” Heard is now accusing Hanley of secretly using a body double to film an “explicit pornographic sex scene” to mislead the audience.

“This case shines a spotlight on the dark underbelly of Hollywood,” Heard’s lawyer told the judge. Heard's legal team also allege that she has specifically signed a nudity rider, which states that she “shall have the right to view the nude and sex scenes and approve such scenes, which contain straight-on nipple or below-the-waist frontal nudity once the final cut of the picture has been completed and prior to any public viewing of the picture.”

Heard said in her powerful sexual assault PSA, “violence against women...is also about how to deal with it and talk about it in the media”.
