Jennifer Lawrence Talks About ‘Normal’ Body Type

The Hunger Games actress Jennifer Lawrence feels that Hollywood’s perception of a normal body is unhealthy. The 25-year-old stated that sometimes she feels like she does not have a “normal body” and instead, feels like the “fattest one”. Jennifer believes that the definition of a “normal” body needs to change.

The actress shared, “I would like us to make a new normal-body . Everybody says, 'We love that there is somebody with a normal body! And I'm like, 'I don't feel like I have a normal body’”. She added, “I do Pilates every day. I eat, but I work out a lot more than a normal person. I think we've gotten so used to underweight that when you are a normal weight it's like, 'Oh, my God, she's curvy,' which is crazy”.

Jennifer will soon be seen reprising her role as Mystique in the X-Men instalment, 'X-Men: Apocalypse'. The movie will be released on May 27. The Joy actress will also be seen in ‘Passengers’ where she shares screen space with Chris Pratt.
