Loki’s Last Stand In Thor: Ragnarok?
Updated : April 06, 2016 11:03 AM IST One of the most loved and engaging villains, Tom Hiddleston’s Loki, might be making his last appearance in the upcoming instalment of the Thor franchise. The actor hinted towards his last portrayal of the character but was not definite about anything. What does the future hold for Asgard’s most nefarious villain?
In a conversation with The Daily Beast, Tom stated, “Thor 3 will be cool because I’ve not done it for four years. I love working with Chris [Hemsworth]. This will be my last time out of the gate”. This raises questions regarding his involvement in 'Avengers: Infinity War'. When asked about his role in the Avengers instalment, the actor said, “I don’t know! Honestly, I don’t know! They haven’t got their ducks in a row yet. They make it up as they go along”.
Tom first played Thor’s adopted brother in the 2011 film ‘Thor’. He was lauded for his portrayal of the character and was the main antagonist in ‘The Avengers’. The final instalment in the Thor series, ‘Thor: Ragnarok’ will be released on November 3 next year. The movie will be directed by Taika Waititi.
