Natalie Portman Gives Birth To A Second Child With Husband Benjamin Millepied

Actress Natalie Portman has given birth to her second child with husband Benjamin Millepied, who is a French choreographer. The 35-year-old actress gave birth to a baby girl on February 22, 2017, just few days after the Oscar. The couple has named their daughter Amalia Millepied.

A representative said, “Natalie Portman and her husband Benjamin Millepied welcomed a baby girl, Amalia Millepied, on Feb. 22. Mother and baby are happy and healthy.” Natalie and Benjamin, who got married in 2012 in Big Sur, California, are also parents to five-year-old son Aleph Portman-Millepie.

The 35-year-old actress kept the news of her pregnancy with the second child a secret before announcing in September last year.  The Oscar winning actress, who attended the Golden Globes and Screen Actors Guild Awards in January, missed the Oscars this year due to her pregnancy. The Black Swan actress was nominated in the Best Actress category at the 89th Academy Awards for her portrayal of late US First Lady Jackie Kennedy in Jackie.
