OMG! Charlie Hunnam Did THIS To Prepare For His Role In 'King Arthur: Legend Of The Sword'
Updated : May 12, 2017 09:11 PM IST Actor Charlie Hunnam is all prepped up to play the titular role in 'King Arthur: Legend of the Sword' this week on the silver screens. The film is slated for a release on May 12. Ahead of the release, Charlie has revealed how he did 1,000 push-ups a day to prepare for his role.
While talking to eonline.com about his role in the film, he said, "I mean there were some days I didn't hit the goal (of 1000 push-ups) and I would try to recoup the next day. On the days where I was fighting 14 hours a day, I let myself off and went home, and said 'Okay, let's knock a zero off this equation - 100 are good enough for today".
Helmed by Guy Ritchie, the film is a medieval fantasy film. It also stars David Beckham, Jude Law and Djimon Hounsou. Beckham will be seen in a cameo role.
