Phillipa Soo Bags CBS Drama Pilot The Code

According to a report in Variety, it has been learned that actor Phillipa Soo is all set to appear in the upcoming CBS drama pilot The Code. The film revolves around the military and it brightest minds, who take the toughest challenges inside the courtroom and out.

All the legal representatives represented in the film are trained as a prosecutor a defence lawyer, an investigator – and a Marine. Moreover, Soo will be seen in the shoes of 2nd Lieutenant Harper. He has described as a hyper-organized officer capable of sub-dividing any problem into colour-coded action points.

Further, on the work front, Soo is well-known for her character in the original Broadway cast of Hamilton. She had also been nominated for her performance for the Tony Award for Best Actress in a Musical. She had also featured in NBC series Smash and lend her voice to the hit Disney film Moana. Meanwhile, the film is being directed by Marc Webb and CBS Television Studios are the financers for the project.
