Producer Harvey Weinstein On Indistinct leave After multiple Sexual Harassment Allegations Confirmed

American film producer Harvey Weinstein is said to have sexually harassed many women. According to a women journalist, he trapped her in the hallway of a restaurant that was closed to the public and masturbated in front of her until he ejaculated. It has also come to light that the producer had settled eight other cases related to sexual harassment.

Now, the latest news is that The Weinstein Co.'s board of directors on Friday announced that the movie mogul and co-founder of The Weinstein Co. have taken vague leave from the company after an internal investigation into numerous sexual harassment allegations against him is completed.

The board stated, “We strongly endorse Harvey Weinstein's already announced decision to take an indefinite leave of absence from the Company, commencing today”. The announcement came one day after The New York Times reported that Harvey has settled about eight alleged harassment cases legally.
