S.H.I.E.L.D. Still Has A Place In The MCU: Samuel L. Jackson

On repeated occasions, S.H.I.E.L.D. has been shown as the negative entity that is trying to force justice through armament. Though, according to them, this might be the only way to do so, people don’t share their views. Samuel L. Jackson, who plays Nick Fury in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, recently spoke about the organisation and its position in the MCU.

When asked if S.H.I.E.L.D. still has a place in the MCU, the actor shared, “Yeah! For sure, definitely. Why wouldn’t there be? There’s some way of fixing what they created, and hopefully somebody has that going on or Nick Fury is out there — wherever he is, probably hanging out with Jules and walking the world — figuring out what happened and how it got to that particular place”.

He added that the image of S.H.I.E.L.D. that has been created might be a ruse for something bigger. Jackson is quite confident that Marvel will bring him back somehow. The upcoming Avengers film, ‘Avengers: Infinity War’, will be the third instalment in the franchise and will hit the screens on May 4, 2018.
