Skyfall soon to become first-ever billion dollar James Bond film

He added, "And that could easily be this weekend, with the movie still at No.1 in Japan and-Australia and in the top five in Brazil, France and Germany".

According to reports, the lead star Daniel Craig will land a 10 million-pound windfall with the film's success and will also get a 7 million-pound bonus for hitting the 100 million-pound mark in the UK as part of his contract with film makers Eon Productions and franchise owners MGM. Another 3 to 4 million pounds will come to his kitty from Sony.
