So Similar That Fans Misidentify Mark Wahlberg As Matt Damon

There have been many instances when celebrities are identified with the name of another celebrity. Many a time it is actually by mistake but when two stars have similar faces, the confusion is sure to rise. So, how do they manage it? Well, actor Mark Wahlberg explained his experience in a recent interview.

Those who watch Hollywood films can easily see the facial similarities between the actors Mark Wahlberg and Matt Damon. Fans often get confused between them and shower their love and affection on the wrong one. Mark, in a recent talk, said that he never corrects people when they misidentify him as The Martian star.

The Planet of Apes actor said, "Yeah, he (Matt Damon) gets recognised for me and I get recognised as him but I never tell people. I never correct anybody. Somebody comes up to me and says, 'I loved you in 'Bourne Identity', I say 'Thank you, I got another coming out soon' and I just keep going."  Mark said that he do not want any apologies and explanation as he is fine with it.

Well, these small things are worth remembering as something funny for a star like Mark.
