Following Straight Outta Compton was the fifth instalment in the Mission Impossible series which made $11 million on its fourth weekend. The low budget horror sequel Sinister 2 which made $10.6 million on its opening weekend nabbed the third spot. This is a step down from what the first part made - $18 million.
