Sylvester Stallone Hints The Shooting Of 'Creed 2' To Begin Next Year!

Hollywood superstar Sylvester Stallone has been portraying the role of Rocky Balboa ever since the inception of his acting career. There have been six movies of the Rocky franchise. Recently, Stallone announced that there will be a seventh movie.

Sylvester took to his Instagram handle ‘officialslystallone’ to hint the shooting of ‘Creed 2’ to begin next year. The Instagram post comprised of a still from Creed and a caption which read as, “Getting stronger !!! 2018 and the hashtags #Creed 2 #mgm #fitness #Rocky”. Sylvester Stallone and Michael B. Jordan will be reprising their roles in ‘Creed 2’.

Regarding the movie, a spokesperson from MGM Studios was quoted as saying, “We are continuing to work on developing the sequel to ‘Creed’”. The previous movie was helmed by Ryan Coogler. Jordan portrayed the role of Apollo Creed’s troubled son. The 2015 movie turned was a smash hit at the box office. It is also being said that the character of Ivan Drago will return in the upcoming mmovie.
