'The Circle' To Release On May 19 In India

Director James Ponsoldt’s 'The Circle' which features Tom Hanks and Emma Watson in the lead role will hit the theatres in India on May 19, 2017. The film, which is said to be a scientific thriller, is based on Dave Eggers’s book by the same name. Production company, MVP Entertainment, has brought the film to India.

The movie will show Emma playing a character called Mae who works for the company, known as The Circle, the world's largest and most powerful tech and social media company. Tom Hanks plays Eamon Bailey, the founder of the company. As she gains a higher position in the company, the founder encourages her to take up a groundbreaking experiment that crosses all the limits of privacy, ethics and ultimately her personal freedom. She soon lands up in a very risky situation.

Besides 'The Circle', MVP Entertainment will also bring 'Valerian And The City Of A Thousand Planets' to India. The production company will bring the film in association with PVR Pictures. 'Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets', which stars Dane DeHaan and Cara Delevingne, is slated to release on July 21, 2017.
