Tom Cruise boards Star Wars: Episode VII?

A cameo appearance is what Mission Impossible star Tom Cruise is likely to offer for his fans in the seventh instalment of the Star Wars franchise. Reports revealed that a discussion took place between director J.J. Abrams and Cruise over the weekend regarding the film, fuelling rumours that the Jack Reacher man will be seen in the Episode VII.

According to a source, "Tom has been in London for over a week and met up with JJ and some other people from `Star Wars` at the weekend. On Saturday evening five of them met up for dinner and drinks at the Belgravia Hotel. JJ loves working with Tom whenever he gets the chance.” Presently the shooting for the film is going on at Pinewood Studios in Buckinghamshire, England. Cruise’s latest film Edge of Tomorrow garnered huge critical acclaim and the actor is also set to star in the Mission Impossible franchise’s fifth season.
