Troubled actor Michael Madsen arrested for Driving Under Influence

Kill Billfame Michael Madsen has been arrested in Malibu, California, yesterday on the charges of driving under the influence (DUI). According to TMZ, the arrest happened when the actor was driving erratically on the Pacific Coast Highway and a blood test showed that the level of alcohol was more than twice the legal limit in his body.

Los Angeles County Sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore said Madsen took a breathalyser test which showed a level of .20, with the legal limit set at .08. The star has been charged with a misdemeanour DUI, and bail set at $15,000 and his car -a Pontiac GTO with red flames - was towed away from the scene.

Earlier in March, the controversial actor was arrested at his Malibu home on felony charges of child endangerment with cruelty to a child but was released later after submitting $100,000 bail.
