Video game firm sues Beyonce for 100 million dollars

A video game company has taken legal action against R&B; star Beyonce Knowles for backing out of a deal she had with them. The singer has been sued for 100 million dollars by Gate Five. The company claims the pop star went back on her word on the proposed deal, which would have seen them develop a game named Starpower: Beyonce, reported New York Post. However, the 30-year-old singers legal representatives say their client had the choice to back out because the company didnt have the necessary budget to close the deal.Justice Charles Ramos has given the go-ahead to the trial, as Beyonce should have served notice beforewalking out of the agreement.
