Vin Diesel: There is some very big news coming at the end of this month

The entire showbiz world is wondering if Vin Diesel, the Fast and Furious star, is really going to star in a Marvel movie or not. After putting the world in suspense over a long period, finally at the Comic-Con he declared a date for an official announcement. While a panel was on for his upcoming Riddick, he hinted at something related to the Marvel movie, “There is some very big news coming at the end of this month.” And the statement was made trickier with a huge smile.

The entire game started with one of his Facebook posts where he wrote that Marvel had requested him to attend a meeting, adding, "No idea what for… haha, you probably know better than me…" As a simple meeting is quite common for Marvel which he keeps doing with branded stars, Diesel started turning the news into something bigger. Then he posted a photograph with a framed Avengers comics cover to prove that he actually had a meeting with the Hollywood biggie concluding that the meeting was “wow!”. With the latest development it seems that he has to announce what major role he is in for the Marvel project. As of now Diesel’s fans can at least wait for his upcoming dream project Riddick, the sequel to Pitch Black and The Chronicles of Riddick.
