Zoe Saldana Says ‘No’ Is The Most Positive Term For Women

Zoe Saldana brings some positive reinforcement for all the ladies out there. Recently, on her YouTube series ‘Rose Round Table with Zoe Saldana’, the actress spoke about the word ‘no’ for women. She stated that it is the most positive term for women and that it took her a long time to realise the importance of saying ‘no’.

According to femalefirst.co.uk, the actress said that declining opportunities is just as important as accepting them. “As women, we have to learn to feel extremely comfortable with the word 'no'. The word 'no' is the most positive term we will ever know as a woman because the moment you wake up as a woman... You're going to deal with so many more obstacles than man will deal with on an average basis”, the Guardians of the Galaxy actress shared.
 

She added that being comfortable in saying ‘no’ can make you a very happy individual. The actress was last seen in ‘Star Trek Beyond’ and will soon be on the big screen again in ‘Live By Night’. She is also shooting for her return as Gamora in the Guardians of the Galaxy sequel.
