Bhama To Play A Blind Girl In PC Shekar’s Next?

Bhama is a 28-year-old actress who debuted in 2007 through ‘Nivedyam’ directed by A. K. Lohithadas. Reportedly, the actress has been roped in for P. C. Shekar’s upcoming flick. As per the reports, the flick is titled ‘Raaga’ and it will feature Bhama as a visually impaired girl.

Director Shekar says, “The female lead role is a challenging one in this film; it is high on emotional connect and I had to cast some who I was confident about. I have worked with Bhama before and I am aware of the kind of potential she has as an actress. I am happy that she took up the challenge.” It is the second collaboration of Bhama with the director. They previously worked together in a Kannada film ‘Arjuna’ that had Prajwal Devaraj in the lead.

As per the hearsay, the makers of the film are likely to introduce a new face as the male lead. They are moreover planning to launch this project as soon as possible. Supposedly, ‘Raaga’ will hit the floors later in this month.
