‘Ranna’ will be ‘the biggest blockbuster in Sudeep's 20-year career’, says Balaram

Gokul Films have made a comeback to cinema almost after 16 years with Tamil movies such as Lingaa starring Rajinikanth and Shankar's Magnum Opus. ‘Ranna’ will be their first Kannada film of the century. The distributers have already declared the film as a blockbuster, saying that the movie will be “the biggest blockbuster in Sudeep's 20-year career”.

Balaram, the youngest of three Gokul brothers is very excited for the film. He said, “We are very confident about this film. Even before its release, this film will recover costs. I expect this film to be the biggest blockbuster in Sudeep's 20-year career. It will change the dynamics for his films. Director Nanda Kishore too will become a big name after this film”.

This Nanda Kishore’s directorial is a remake of super hit Telugu movie Attarintiki Daredi. The action film stars Abhinaya Chakravarthi, Rachita Ram, Haripriya and Madhoo in prominent roles. The film is scheduled to release on June 4.
