Singer Mili Teams Up With International Artistes For Her Debut Album

Singer-songwriter Mili , who was born to Keralite parents and raised in Pune, grew up a single child with music as her companion. The singer is going against all odds at a time when most singers and performing artistes release just one track at a time. Mili Nair is soon releasing her upcoming album. She is making her debut with the album titled ‘Written in the Stars’ which is extremely special for her in more ways than one.

The singer seems excited about her album as she said, “It’s my first album as a composer and this validates my purpose. Working with these legends was quite an experience. Having veteran musicians like them on board was a huge thing. I had never thought that I would work with such great people. We had so much fun recording and one thing led to another. It was a miracle and seemed like it was written in the stars”.

Mili has worked with music composers like Amit Trivedi and AR Rahman . She is now collaborating with artistes like Vinnie Colaiuta, Michael Landau, James Genus and George Whitty. Mili defined it as a very eclectic album and it is about life. The album comprises 10 tracks composed by Mili herself and recorded in Los Angeles.
