This South Beauty To Play Draupadi In Kurukshetra?

Nayanthara is not just the highest paid actress in South India, but is also one of the most sought after actress down the South. She made her Kannada film debut through the Kannada-Telugu bilingual film Super. Rumours are rife that the actress has been approached for another Kannada flick, Kurukshetra, made on a big budget.

The cast of the big-ticket film has not been finalised yet. If reports are to be believed, Nayanthara has been roped in to play the role of Draupadi, who was the wife of Pandavas. If the actress gives her approval for the role, this will be her second film in Sandalwood. On a related note, the actress is busy filming four of her Tamil flicks.

Helmed by Nagannna, actor Darshan will don the character of Duryodhana in the flick. Actors Ravichandaran and Rana Daggubati will play Krishna and Bheema respectively. The flick is hyped as Sandalwood’s costliest movie.
